Due to an influx of international orders and enquires, we have decided to officially announce that we'll be accomadating ALL international orders.
"Because international sales are considered as 'exports', all purchases will be GST FREE. To work out 'export' prices, take the list price and devide it by a factor of 1.1.
Please contact us before you order, and we'll give you a total quote including shipping. For larger items we only DHL freight, tracked and insured for your peace of mind. Smaller items will be sent by EMS if possible." - FAQ

At COEM Audio Australia we use a range of shipping options ranging from Courier, Express Post and Registered Post.

How are weight charges calculated?
The transport industry standard is to charge by either cubic weight or actual weight, whichever is the greater. This is due to a standard cubic metre weighing an average 250kg.
Cubic weight is easy to calculate. Here is an example:
If a parcel is 0.5m high x 0.6m long x 0.4m wide, its cubic weight is 0.5 x 0.6 x 0.4 x 250 = 30kg. So if this parcel's actual weigh was less than 30kg, it would be charged at 30kg. If it weighed more, it would be charged at the higher weight.
