Especially designed for the Squeezebox Duet and Wadia 170i, this optional power supply unit features a 48VA toroidal transformer coupled to a full fledged regulatory circuit with eight audio grade NCC aluminium electrolytic capacitors.
Output voltage is 9V and output current is 2.5A. The PSU provides abundant power reserve to meet the demand when low frequency transients draw on high-current voltage. Internal wiring has been upgraded to 6N Furukawa PCOCC type wire. Neutrik 3-pin XLR DC female socket replaces the old socket to increase current transient providing ability. Also included with the PSU MKII is an upgraded DC power lead, made from 6N Furukawa PCOCC wire and Neutrik connector. |
