The PN-2 power cable is from Soundright's "Silver Angel" series. Each wire is constructed from 36 strands of 0.12mm OFC wire, which is insulated with PE and twisted together. A single 1mm silver wire is also used as the earth wire, and the whole cable is shielded with aluminium foil. The entire cable is then insulated with PVC. The aluminium shielding helps reduce any EM interference, this single property makes the PN-2 better than other power cables. The 1.5m cable is terminated with high quality US power plug and IEC. |
